The restaurant La Fromagerie-Démonstration C. Repond S.A. is located in the old part of Leysin and can accommodate about 160 customers on two floors
Its cooking is mainly based on the cheese resulting from its home-made daily production as well as on the ancien receipts of cottage mountain pastures (raclette, fondue). See card of menus.

The service is made on plate and many light dishes are proposed. Exceptional selection of swiss wines. 

Open from 10:00 am every day non-stop
The manufacturing of the cheese takes place Monday, Thursday Friday and Saturday evening from 7:00 pm.
