The cheese dairy of Leysin is a place where one presents a craft manufacturing of the cheese under the naming " L' Etivaz ", made on wood fire. The cheese is a part used in cooking for the typical cheese dishes (fondue, raclette) and is on the other hand put on sale in the kiosk of the restaurant. The manufacturing is public and takes place in the restaurant on Monday, Thursday Friday and Saturday from 7:00 PM. |
