About 30 years ago, Constant Repond and his wife become established to Leysin with the same passion : the culinary art and houses and antiques.

At Leysin, they opened a restaurant which were going to become very quickly a place where we ally pleasure of taste and eyes, offering to the consumers a traditional, fine and sought cooking.

The years passing, and thanks to C. Repond and his passion for old stones and old beams, this already very typical restaurant has  moved in a real museum.

The acquisition and the transformation of the juxtaposed buildings allow Mr. and Mrs Repond to run, on two floors, a dance hall and a grill room of rustic style and to build in the chalet formerly occupied by a store :

• a cheese dairy demonstration and tasting, where we proceed every day to the manufacturing in wood fire and in the maturation of cheeses
• a restaurant with some " menus chalet "
• the museum of Leysin, which is the original reconstruction of a furnished mazot, dating back to 1700.
